    yeah they should bring back national service... like that programme bad lads army you seen that? its where problem teenagers who have been in prison/heading there are put through 1950's style national service training. theres always a few cant hack it and drop out but the majority of them come out changed people. its good to watch coz they all go in all y big men and within hours have been broken down and put in their place lol.

    but yea i wouldnt have said boo to a goose when i was wee its shocking some of the things you see and hear from kids these days! and yer not rambling dear making perfect sense to me lol (maybe am ramblin too hah) xx

    absolutely agree that the death penalty should be brought back.. These ***** spend some time in jail.. what a punishment, then even serious crimes they are let out. Sentances are a complete joke. Someone sentences to 10 yr can be out in 3and a half!!! !!! And a place where i used to work, used to work with ex/offenders and they were sending me to work with a child killer who was out on licence!!!! Aye Right!!!!! this country should get a grip and deal with criminals properly!!!

    i think they should be killed and disposed off..

    The main problem with the death sentence is that the British courts system is appaling, the amount of people who are wrongly jailed etc...what would happen if someone was executed only to later find out they had the wrong person.

    How would the government/jury deal with the death of the wrong person?

    Couldn't agree more. To be honest the justice system in this country is an absolute joke. I'm sick of reading about the "human rights" of mass murderers and child molesters etc. In my opinion you forfeit those rights the minute you commit those crimes.

    I think it would have to be done in a similar way to the US courts, where someone sent to death row is given a few years before they are executed. This way they have plenty of time to go through the appeal process.

    If there is absolutely no doubt that the person is guilty after this time then I believe they should be executed.

    yea exactly they werent thinking about the person they killed/raped etc human rights so why the hell should it apply to them. should be basic rights like food, bed, toilet and shower and thats it x

    I think the death penalty should be brought back and used for ANY serious crime that was accompanied by undisputable evidence and accountable circumstances. Why waste money keeping them in prison? .... I'm sick of hearing about how they even get Christmas dinner in prison ... bring back a windowless pit and bread and water ... or ... even better - instead of any of those things!!! Instead of using animal trials for drug testing etc ... use murderers/rapists etc - real human test subjects.
