nikki and ryan are a lovely couple and the shop is clean and spacious,if you havn`t been then make sure when you are going that you have plenty of time as both ryan and nikki(when she`s there as she has just given birth to twins) both love a chat,i have been known to go in for livefoods to have my poor hubby sitting in the car an hour later lol.they also helped me loads with a non feeder i have and although i have dealt with numerous non feeders this one really did baffle me.so ryan and nikki keep up the good work and congrats on your babies!!

I went to the shop to get my royal sexed and found Ryan to be a nice as before (so it wasn't a fluke) he was very interested and very complementarity of my snake. He invited me to have a look around his breeding set up when i next pop in when i mentioned i was going to start breeding. My only complaint is it was busy with people just in to look at snakes and chat, but i cant really moan at that.

And also i was nearly tempted by the cutest baby red tail boa, absolutely tiny, and a lovely looking blue beauty snake.

of course you cant moan at that.....!!! when you next pop into serpentus and have that look around ryans breeding facility then you yourself will be one of those folk just in to look at the snakes and chat.that's what makes serpentus so different and imo so much better than many of the other shops who just want to take your money then get you out the door a.s.a.p. its the only shop i know that's more than happy to supply endless cup's of tea and help to customers who like nothing more than relaxing with like minded folk to speak about they're passion for reptiles.please understand i am not having a go at you i am only pointing out that a bit of over crowding (with reptile crazy folk) is a small price to pay for such an great atmosphere and service.

I can't add much apart from agreement to what's already been said. Fantastic shop with genuine friendly and helpful staff. I've bought 2 snakes from there and would recommend it to anyone.

I've always ment to check this place out. Only shop I really go to is Rintouls and it's only really Claire and Adam that are game for a chin-wag lol

I've got a feeling I'd end up camping on the shop floor, though.... :( lol

Might have to pop into this place on my way to/from Edinburgh next week. Not planning on buying anything but it's pretty much on the way and I always enjoy visiting pet shops.
